Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 - Shipwrecked

As the beginning scene is a slave ship wrecking on the Icelandic coast, we needed representations of people who either drowned or were later killed on the rainy beach. Most of these assets were also re-used (with different materials) for the ransacked village later in the game.
These are a selection of the ones I was responsible for. Most others you see in the game were made by the awesome Gary Riley.

I am sure some people will prefer one over the other, but I felt that a clinical white render scene delivered a nice impact to the presentation.

I was fully responsible for most aspects of the creation of these character assets (sculpting, modeling, texturing, grooming, engine integration, etc.). However much credit of course goes to the very talented Environment team at Ninja Theory, that crafted beautiful, often horrible, impactful scenes using these assets mixed with their own work.

Renders are from UE5, using real-time in-game assets
